WSA Upgrade Fails

My WSA upgrade keeps failing. I have 2 of them and one works flawlessly and the other fails continuously. Any thoughts or ideas. the one that failes is configured identically to the other and it fails saying extreme latency but the ping response times for everything is the same.

There are a few items that can cause upgrades. Most of the time if the box is in production and being used by clients the box will not have enough resources to complete the upgrade.
Typically I recommend disabling reporting and removing customers from the box to upgrade. This will free up the resources needed to upgrade.
