About once a week, all users receive WWW_AUTH_REQUIRED notifications and can't access sites on the internet. For URL: it appends http://ironportdevice to the front.
The issue is resolved for a while after rebooting the WSAs. Reported in both IE and Firefox. I've attached an example from this morning.

Under Network/Authentication, the Redirect Host name should be the NetBIOS name of the proxy interface, not the dns name.

The issue just reappeared and we had to reboot the WSAs. This time it just showed: "Enter username and password for http://was6"; while the user was browsing in FF.
