10.4.1.1 Webex Cloud Room Kit Plus - Branding Image No Longer Working

Hello All,

    Has anyone seen any issues with the branding not working on version 10.4.1.1 for a webex room kit plus?  This is a webex cloud connected device.  All of a sudden the uploaded branding is not showing on the main screen, however it is showing on the touch 10.  Is this a bug?  We had all our webex cloud devices lose their branding, so it is all devices on 10.4.1.1.  Thanks

Hi Steig,ja

Kindly upgrade the device to latest released version RoomOS 10.15.3.0, this issue should be fixed.

You may also alternatively upgrade to RoomOS 10.11.5.2 and test again.
