Adjusting our Free Webex Plan

When the world was forced to transition to remote work overnight, we temporarily expanded the features offered in our Free Plan to help the world stay better connected. As announced, on July 1, 2020, some of the features were readjusted to their original limit.

 

Previous expanded Free Plan Adjusted Free Plan (made effective on July 1, 2020)
No meeting minute limit 50-minute meeting limit
Toll Dial-In (in addition to VoIP) VoIP only (computer audio)

 

You can use the Free Plan as long as you want. Click here to see what the Free Plan includes. However, if you’d like to keep these premium features, you will need to switch to one of our paid plans. You can learn how to switch from a Free to a Premium Webex Plan here.
