Analytic - Reports

Hello,

I can't generate any reports in Analytics -> Reports (like is described in https://help.webex.com/en-us/n0rlwxe/Analytics-for-Your-Cloud-Collaboration-Portfolio). The menu is blank. The Pro pack Subscription is purchased. The list of old generated reports is blank also.Analytics_Reports.PNGIs there any global problem with this? Our Cisco partner do not have reports available too (with the same issue).

Mine are running ok - always check status.webex.com for any potential outages. Looks like there was a report processing incident the other day. I would suggest some simple steps. Try a different browser, clear cache, etc. If no luck, I would suggest talking to TAC.

information from the TAC: "There is service disruption going regarding analytics and reports section."
