We currently use the Customer Journey Analyzer for seeing reporting data for WxCC however we want to try and connect this data into a centralised data repository so we can overlay it with other system stats. Does anyone know what API we could achieve for this. We want data such as:
Calls Handled
Calls Abandoned
Login Count
Agents Available
Queue time
etc
I have read up on https://developer.webex.com/docs/getting-started but struggling to determine if one of these will give us the information we need. I am not the technical contact that will be doing the work but before I can involve them I need to identify the API they can use.
