Best Webex Presentation Tips for Optimization of Images?

For client meetings and presentations, I often use Webex, but I’ve noticed that images sometimes appear blurry or lose quality when shared. Since visual clarity is crucial, especially for photography and design work, I want to ensure my images remain sharp and professional.

Does anyone have tips or tricks for optimizing images for Webex? I’d love to know the best resolution, formats, or compression methods to maintain quality while ensuring smooth performance. Are there default size recommendations or specific codecs that work best?

@simaw84813, Webex has multiple options for sharing content but it's also dependent on the recipients computer system and network connectivity.

Your question sounds like you're asking if you should adjust your file to improve it's quality.  Have you tested some of the other share options in Webex?  Since you're specifically talking about images and editing tools, have you considered the "Advanced" option in share content?  Rather than sharing an app or screen, the Advanced option lets you select just a portion of your screen that you can optiomize for text and images.  In theory the result should be the same as sharing the entire screen or application, but it might assist with focusing just on that area which might improve your quality.
