We are in the process of implementing Webex Contact Center in our organization. I have a request from someone in our organization for access to reports only (Analyzer).
What are the steps to set this person up to access Analyzer (but not the Agent Desktop or the Webex Control Hub, etc.)?

Only the WxCC Administrator and Supervisors have access to Analyzer. Assign WxCC Administrator Role or Premium Agent - Supervisor License to the User. This will give access to Analyzer.

Hi, With respect to permission, a premium agent license will be the lowest admin role that can be given to a user and then you can control module access using the user profiles.
a Webex CC administrator, Premium licensed agent and supervisor can have access to the Webex CC analyser.
Webex CC administrators can share browser links to reports and dashboards with standard and premium agents who cannot access the Analyzer. Agents can access the reports and dashboards through the browser links provided by the admins.

I have tried to share link to Premium Licensed Agent but, as you told, I can log in, but dashboard doesn't show any data.
