Big Green Join Button not clickable via Outlook Calendar

Hi community,

I hope i am in the right topic here.

I am really new to Webex and I have a strange behavior.

If some of my new colleagues create or want to join a meeting regardless of wether they use local Outlook Client or Outlook Web App, sometimes, and thats the problem, that big green join-button is not clickable. There is no way for us to reproduce it. Sometimes it works and the green button is clickable and sometimes not.

And iam really not quite sure if it's a Outlook Problem or a Productivity Tools Problem.

Maybe you've had a similar case before and you can help me

I think you need to either delete the post, or select one of the responses as the solution.

Can someone close this topic?. Its just via Outlook Web App and also just when the creator opens his own appointment. I think this it more like a feature than a problem.
