Hi All
Kindly support to vote and share to enable option in WebEx to block sending sensitive messages like Visa, IBAN etc.
Here is the link: https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WXCUST-I-12038
The client would like to prevent sensitive and personal information from being sent via chat messages in Webex. The settings in Control Hub are only having options for preventing specific files from being sent, external clients to join the messaging rooms etc..
The client would like to prevent information such as IBAN, CVV, CVC and personal details regarding the owner of the card.
Creating settings in Control Hub that are managed for rules about the information that is being sent in the chat messages would allow the clients to customize the Webex application based on their privacy and security needs.

Same option is available with WebEx Contact Center

this is possible with Webex, but you will either need the Control Hub Extended Security Pack (please refer to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/conferencing/webex-control-hub/datasheet-c78-742773.html) or a third party DLP solution (please refer to https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nmbm0jk/Webex-App-integration-with-archiving-and-data-loss-prevention-solutions for suitable vendors).
Best regards
Igor

Hi @Igor Lukic
Above both mentioned options available in our environment but its not possible to control live chats from WebEx, confirmed by Cisco TAC as well as DLP Broadcom. This option is available in Microsoft Teams attached SNAP FYR
