Can't enable call recording in Control Hub

Hi,
I have a Webex trial ORG, I've been trying to enable the call recording feature but I keep getting the error attached.
I was able to enable call recording on only one user of 8 users that I have configured.

I'd suggest opening a tac case. They can check the tracking id.
