I'm hosting Webex Meetings with Starter plan which should have 5 Gb recording space. I have deleted recordings so that there is about 3,3 Gb used and about 1,7Gb are free. Still I cannot start cloud-recording, it says Webex Storage is full, you cannot record on the server because you have exceeded your personal storage allocation. Contact your administrator... This is catastrophic situation for me, Could someone help me please ?
