We had an employee trying to join a Webex meeting with our 85" Webex Board for an externally set up Meeting. When joining any other meeting for the day, that user was able to join on the Webex Board. Can other orgs block people from joining their meeting from a Webex Endpoint? Why would it work for all other meetings except for that specific meeting. I am not sure why this happened.
Thanks!

I would check the invite for the meeting in question. I have a couple vendors who I deal with who have Webex accounts without CMR licensing so they don't support SIP dial in from RoomOS devices

Hi,
In Webex meeting, host can lock the meeting to prevent uninvited guests from joining the meeting. Anyone trying to join after the meeting room is locked will be informed they can not join the meeting.
Was the user trying to join meeting scheduled on Webex platform or other third party service? How was he trying to join? Was he able to join from his computer?
