We have two cisco boards broard pro 75, connected via Wifi, there are over 15+ boards in the whole building...however, it's a 7-floor building, one board is on the mezzanine, the other is on the 6th floor. Both boards disconnect from wifi at the same moment in a space of 2-3 minutes. The APs are located 2-3 meters from the boards, the dhcp pool has free addresses, so I exclude those possibilities. What could be the solution?

Some Possible Causes:
Firmware updates for the Boards Pros causing a reboot
Forced Reboot or setting change from Control Hub
Network issues (Reboot of a POE switch(s) powering the access points, firmware update on the access points, jumping to a more distant access point with a weak signal, port power cycle, bad actor forcing disconnect, ect...)
If the WIFI was good but it just stopped working I would have said, check https://status.webex.com
You may be able to see more info by downloading device logs from the webGUI or Control Hub. You can ether look through these yourself or provide them to Cisco TAC if it is a reoccurring issue.
