Cisco Webex Room Kit integration with Samsung Flip

I have Webex Room Kit  combined with Samsung flip, I can`t change to flip mode.

In addition, shared whiteboards in a webex meeting are not be displayed on the room kit.

but in Cisco Room Kit mini all mentioned above works normally !

any Advice Please

Hi Moamen, Can you make the room kit work with the flip? Can you tell me how you connected them? Thaks in advance.

as far as I know  only Webex Room Kit Mini is compatible with Samsung Flip, but not Webex Room Kit.

What software version are you using on the Room Kit ?

Minimum version CE9.12

What software version on the Flip ?

Flip 2.0  1080.7
