Hello

A customer got an activation email for WEBEX HUB and when he tried to log in he got 

You're not authorized to access this page.

this admin was assign in the CUWP order as the provision person and he got the activation email.

What can be done to help him?

How do I get the WebEx site Administrator Account for  Control Hub Account?

Some options to try
1) Did the customer set up a password to login to control hub
2) Try again admin.webex.com
3) Can any other employee in their company be added to try and log in
4) Ensure you use Chrome or Firefox.

Hi

1) Did the customer set up a password to login to control hub- The customer didnot set the webex yet. this is his first login 
2) Try again admin.webex.com- triied no success 
3) Can any other employee in their company be added to try and log in- no one has login 
4) Ensure you use Chrome or Firefox. done this
