Control Hub Migration

I am the administrator as we have just migrated to the Cisco WebEx cloud based phone system. I have done the training in the Control Hub and I can't seem to figure out how to get our company contacts to push to our IP phones. All we have is our internal directory, but is there a way to have the contacts that I bulk uploaded to Control Hub to appear in a directory for the users?

You can download the CSV template from Control Hub and add organization contacts. You can also download the existing CSV file and use it to update existing organization contacts. You can only update or delete organization contacts that were created in Control Hub originally. Currently, Control Hub supports up to 200,000 contacts per organization.

I know how to create and manage the contacts in control hub. My question is how do I get those contacts out to end users?
