In Webex Teams, as system admin for our site, can i create a Team that allows anyone in our system to get access to?
An example, we create a team called Classroom Technology, any faculty staff or student could login/join and ask a question, post a comment, make a recommendation, bitch about something, whatever..

Jim@rpi, I tested your requirement using Eurl bot and it works fine. Add the Eurl bot (eurl@sparkbot.io) as a member to the Team > General space. The bot will generate a message with URL like this one:
"Only users in the domain(s) example.com can request to join this space using https://eurl.io/#CspsVkD. Make me a moderator if you want me to add them for you".

Hi,
To create a group called "Team" in Webex Teams, you don't need to be a system admin. As a Webex Teams user, you can create a Team and you become it's moderator. You can add other users as a moderator too. When you're added to a team, you’re automatically added to the team’s General space, and you can view or join any space in the team.
As a moderator, you can add up to 5000 members in a Team. If member is not part of the team then they won't be able to join any spaces in this team. Member must be added by Moderator.
Below is the URL for Webex Teams capacities:

i understand the basics of creating a Team and all that. The question is, is there a way to do this without having to manually add every faculty/staff and student on campus to the Team?
maybe post the link on the help desk page that allows them to get into the Team > General space?
Or is it as simple as open the desktop app go to Space and search for the space i created called Classroom Technology and anyone could get in? or request to be in?

That worked!
A follow up question, is there anyway to turn off any of the features in the Space? e.g. Video Conferencing and Schedule

I don't think it is possible to turn off those features at space level.
