This bug has been associated with an issue we are seeing monthly where calls progress into a queue, caller remains in queue and never progresses on to (in our case, callback) the treatments after the queueing node. This results for us, with a call that can never be answered and the caller remains "in-queue" until they abandon (ref 698664921 - Call stuck in Queue, not progressing in Flow). This is a problem for our client as their KPI required 100% of calls need to be handled within 120 Secs, and calls experiencing this issue breach KPI. We are seeking a fix or workaround to the KPI breach issue, but so far have been unsuccessful.
