We have a number of customers utilising Webex - Dedicated Instance, and would like to know if it would be possible to modify the following monitoring within Alerts Centre (or where it would need to be modified)
We have High severity alerts set for monitoring to email our support team, when a high severity alert comes in. However, there are some devices that become unregistered, that we do not want to worry about and do not require monitoring.
Is there a way of customising the alerts sent so that certain devices/Trunks/CTI Routepoints etc... can have thresholds set or lower severity (any customisation basically)
