@Ela_68

The Username usually is your eMail-Address.

Try to log in here:

https://admin.webex.com/login

as soon as you are asked for the password, click on "forgot password" .
You will receive an eMail-message with instructions how to re-set your password.
After having done that...

- you may either leave the account unused..
(I guess, Cisco does not care about the small amount of storage-capacity your account takes on their systems...)

- or proceed: log on to the URL (see above) and you will see the webex control hub.

That is normally used by admins to manage the webex-accounts within your company.
When using a free account, the "company" = your account.

Click here (1) and here (2) to delete all - be careful what you do...

Hello @Fritz_H ,

Thank you for your answer. But I didn't mean as an administrator.
I am trying to create a new user in Control HUB. but this user already has a Webex account and she does not have the credentials anymore. How can I delete now this Webex account ?

Best Regards

@Ela_68

maybe I do misunderstand you..

I do understand, that you have a free webex account - like I do..

For Cisco an "account" is always part of a (virtual) "Organisation".
In case of a free account this Org. consists of .. well, only this one, free account without options
to add more free accounts to that same Org.  (as far as I know...).

This also means: this free Webex-Account is identical to the Admin-Account for that "Org".

My (best guess-) approach:
if you re-set the Password for the Org-Admin, you automatically also re-set the PW
for the one and only User-Account within this Org since its the very same Account in the end.

The Control Hub offers options to manage Users within the Org, but the one and only Org-Admin can not delete himself - he can only delete the whole (virtual) Organisation (which includes all Users and all Admins.. in this case: 1 Account with both roles..)
