Webex Directory Connector inactive users

Hi,

We have removed around 200 users from Active Directory Security group associated with Directory Connector and ran the ran the Full Synchronization on the Directory Connector,now those users are showing in "Inactive" state on Webex Control Hub for past four days after we did the above mentioned steps.We did the Full synchronization again yesterday but those users are still showing in "Inactive" state.Please let me  know how  can we remove those Inactive users from the Webex Control Hub.I have attached the screenshot.
