Only the latest and previous copy of downloaded files for Webex Meeting App are stored at below URL:
https://www.webex.com/downloads.html
If you are using Webex Meeting App on your computer and it was automatically updated then some of the older versions can be found on your computer at below locations:

On Windows, it is a folder in the user's profile.: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\CiscoSparkLauncher

On MacOS, it is a folder in the user's Application support folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Cisco Spark
If you are looking for very old versions then you can check with Cisco TAC.
