Enforced Password Requirement for Webex Recording Sharing

For our organization's contracted Webex account,
a password is being enforced when sharing recordings.
If there is a way to disable this setting from the admin portal,
please let me know.

Are you an admin of the account? You may possibly be able to log in to the admin user portal, go to Recordings, find the recording you are wanting to share, click the ... Menu button, then choose edit. In the Access Settings or Security Section, you should be able to make the changes.
