Error when adding user and action not executed

Hello, Team

I tried to add an account for one user through 'Administration > Users > User Management > Add Manually'.

However, the operation cannot proceed due to an error.

User anointing74@knu.The domain on ac.kr does not match the verified domain or claimed domain. Therefore, you cannot claim this user as an organization. For steps on domain verification and this user's claim, check the following help documentation: Claim users to the organization (user conversion). TrackingID: ATLAS_900309f6-c6ad-4835-b370-ebb9e1737cb8_0.

This account is a new one and has never been created in the past.

Can you tell me how and why I can solve this problem?

Looks like you are trying to add a user that has an email that does not belong to a domain that you have claimed in your Webex tenant.
