Hi experts,
I need your help in regards to expressway way C and E licenses. The question is do we need expressway C Option Key (LIC-EXP-SERIES) to convert freshly installed Expressway VM to C for WebEx hybrid services. . I am sure some people in cisco community would have integrated WebEx cloud services for Hybrid calls or calendar or Hybrid messaging. For Expressway E I can see option keys ( LIC-EXP-E-PAK) under smart account but I do not see LIC-EXP-SERIES related pack. My understanding is we need to install LIC-EXP-SERIES on C and LIC-EXP-SERIES + LIC-EXP-E on expressway E.
What we want to achieve:
- WebEx meeting users can utilize dial-in and callback feature ( WebEx Hybrid Call service will utilize on-prem CUCM for call-back or call out function, Team users can utilize on-prem CUCM for local or on-net calls).
- Hybrid calendar integration.
- Hybrid message integration ( during initial phase only Jabber users and teams will be able to communicate)
Kindly help in clarifying my licensing doubts.
