Facility Numbers are Gone after RoomOS 11 deployment

Hello everyone,

RoomOS 11 was recently released and from that point and on the ? which was available, and Facility Numbers were shown by tapping on it in the touch10/room navigators, is gone. 

Please check the attached snip. Any idea how can I get that thing back?

Room devices (Kit Minis, Kit Plus, Kit Pro, Desk Pro) are cloud-registered and up-to-date;

Hybrid Calling for Devices is implemented so the devices are cloud and CUCM registered for calling.

Check out this "known and resolved issues" for RoomOS 11

Under limitations it states,

• The following features are not supported on RoomOS 11: Shared line remote hold/resume/barge, snap to whiteboard, and facility service.

Hi Scott,

I found the example (see the text) in the macro editor of a room system and personalized it to fit my needs.

If you activate that one, it pushes a UI Extension in the editor and you can customize it to fit the purpose.

If you are successful on one system, you can export it and import it the other ones as well.

Please note that my room devices are cloud registered and hybrid calling for devices is implemented (CUCM on-prem).
