I have worked on a use case that would be desirable to have some pre recorded videos that users must view from there VC units
If the user could log into a webex room and have a video play while waiting in the lobby.
I can see bandwidth considerations. but it could even be helpful to connect to a plugin that does this.
our use case is we have fully capable VC endpoints in rooms that can connect out.
why install a parallel system to play a recorded message. and if it is used in multiple sites why have copies everywhere when one system could fulfill it all. this would reduce wired devices in a room and simplify training.
