Getting status to update in Webex app when somebody is on the phone

What do we need to adjust in the Webex Control Hub to allow users to see that somebody is on the phone in the Webex app?

Hi @John Platts ,You can only see the availability of people in your organization. You can see someone's availability information whenever you see their profile picture: when you send them messages, see them in a space, or search for them.
