Open a browser and try this SPEED TEST when you're connected to the MiFi. It will help you check your connection to the internet from the MiFi which might help you identify the problem. Speeds with MiFi's can change with configuration changes by the provider so good service in the past doesn't always guarantee good service in the future. If you notice a degradation of service, contact your provider for help.
