How to hide pointer on Keynote presentation while sharing in Webex.

Hi,

I have question relating to Mac and Keynote, and hopefully anyone knows.

While I am sharing my Mac screen on Webex, and presenting Keynote slides, always the pointer will be visible on the Webex.

Even though I have hide the pointer on the Mac Keynote, there is always a pointer on the Webex and attendees can see. Hopefully there is way to hide the pointer on the Webex.

Thank you,

Hello @yusukes,

Make sure you disable the laser pointer on PowerPoint, Keynote, or whatever application you are sharing but also make sure you don't have the Webex Laser Pointer enabled. Here's how you can check it:

Annotate at Webex meetings, webinars, events, and training sessions

Cheers,

So I see that you have already clicked the hide pointer box.  Since this is on a MAC you may need to open a ticket with Cisco TAC and have them look at it.  It may be a defect.
