I have contracted a monthly payment account and when opening the app, my user appears as if it is a free account, consequently the meeting is cut off after 50 min. Aid?

Hello @jalcbel,
Make sure you are logging into the correct paid Account or if you have multiple Subscriptions.

I'm assuming you have verified and claimed your org domain? Did you claim your account when you did this too? If I'm not mistaken, if you had a free account setup prior to verifying and claiming your org domain and you did not claim the user, the user would still be a free account. Other option is to open a TAC case, i have had issues where the Webex team has had to make changes on the backend because things just get "stuck".
