it won't work because of this:

User Namespaces will be deprecated soon.

So the software has to be rewritten IMHO

When setting user_namespaces to 0 using:

sudo sysctl -w user.max_user_namespaces=0

a WX (QT5) error will be shown the app been terminated immediately:

Wx: X error received: type 0, serial 9, error_code 3, request_code 12, minor_code 0
Wx: X error received: type 0, serial 10, error_code 3, request_code 8, minor_code 0

Pretty sure, this QT version is not compatible with redhat 8 though...
