The first thing to remember is that Webex Teams has changed its name to Webex App, then I describe the main advantages that a company can take advantage of with its employees:
Webex Calling, having an integration with the Cisco suite such as the Contact Center, Unity Connection and Attendant Console, employees will be able to answer and make calls outside of their workstation, creating a mobile environment for the company.
Webex App integration with calendar (Exchange, Office 365 and Google Calendar).
One-on-one or group video calls, allowing content sharing, whiteboards.
Integration with BOTS.
Analytics, graphs and reports on the use of the application within the company, among other qualities that could be exploited according to the use cases that your client may have in mind.
