Licenses upgrade Cisco Webex Meeting Server 4.0

I recently upgraded Cisco Webex Meeting Server from 2.8 to 4.0 version, it supports Smart Licenses only but following the process on Administration Guide for Cisco Webex Meetings Server Release 4.0>Managing Licenses, the process to migrate the new licenses it's through Product Upgrade Tool (PUT) to assign to a Smart Account but PUT has been retired from Cisco instead we need to use My Cisco Entitlements (MCE). Does someone know what's the process to follow in order to add the CWMS 4.0 with the new licensing to the Smart Account using My Cisco Entitlements or it's not necessary?

1- Go to mce.cisco.com > licenses > version upgrade
2- Look for the CWMS(Shows like Webex Meeting Server) licenses and select the amount of licenses that you want to migrate and click Proceed to Order.
3- Fill up the eDelivery Email and click Place Order

4- Click in the sign button and then click Finish

When the migration is done you will get an email telling you that the order was completed and you should be able to see the licenses reflected in https://software.cisco.com/software/csws/ws/platform/home?locale=en_US#SmartLicensing-Inventory
