mobile devices cannot hear from the presenter on Event Center App

Our Webex Event Center software has been running well for many years.  However, since March 25, we noticed that a large swath of our users who use mobile devices to join meetings were having trouble with the service.  They reported that they can log in, see the presentation screen, but cannot hear anything from the primary speaker at all.  While in silence, some reported that they can hear random voices from other fellow mobile phone users – as if they were on the same intercom system. Only the PC users were able to join Web-Ex meeting normally.  All mobile device users were disrupted.  This really bothers our users. Did anyone encounter this problem on their system?  Any suggestions on what's going on or how to fix it?  Thanks!
