I need to request an RMA number for a Network Switch.
The Returns-portal lists step 1 as "Request Return" and says to select the option that best fits the situation, but no options are listed, nor are there any links to subsequent pages.
I eventually got to a request screen by accident, but I had to enter a "Sales Order Number" to request an RMA number, and the PO number did not work. It said to go to the Commerce Space to look up the Sales Order Number, but there was no link to that page, nor did it come up in the search field.
How do I look up a Sales Order Number so that I can enter a request for an RMA number?

Direct Customer should always engage with CISCO TAC team (Contact number can be found in Cisco Worldwide Support Contacts - Cisco ) to raise RMA for defect and warranty replacement. Kindly get the device serial number or the contract number ready for them to check the entitlement. If you do not pass the entitlement checking, you should refer to your point of sales or reseller to open the RMA case for you.
