Hello, I would like to know if in recurring webex meetings it could be kept without changing host key.

Host Key Rotation was introduced as a security feature in 40.10.

Whilst we do not encourage it, host key rotation can be disabled for your Webex site.

Please open a service request/TAC case if you wish to disable this feature.
