A few users need to administrate webex meetings on shared calendars from Mac computers using outlook in the office 365 cloud. Now it is breaking with Office version 2019 unless the "authorize webex with a tenant administrator account ..." box is check and setup in the Webex site configuration. Unfortunately, this seems to open a can of worms where principles are concerned about the tenant admin permissions and scope among some other things.
We'd like to get a handle on the setup from as many angles as possible to present the situation to higher ups.
So, If you have any experience with enabling this authorization, whether good or bad, please share. We not so concerned with the process of turning it on. More about the why it was so good for you or why it was so crummy and things like how you vetted the application or got it through your organization for approval and things like that.
Thanks for sharing.
