Dual monitor system.
While hosting a large meeting using PowerPoint. Presenter view. I swapped screens which shared full view of the slides with presenter notes on the other screen. I know I should select the display itself but, when I went to advance the slides by mouse-clicking the buttons the speaker notes would swap screens showing that view. Along with the gray boxes that would pop-up covering the presentation the participants could see.
My PowerPoint Presentation had the first 5 slides set to auto-advance. If I clicked on the participant or chat window. The slides would stop advancing on their own until I clicked back on the full slide view. This also happened when, in PowerPoint Presenter mode.. I selected to view the whole slide deck preparing to select the hidden slide to stop auto-advance for the normal presentation.
Hope that all makes sense. Needless to say.. the meeting went OK but, the slide view changes were a little distracting.
I'm open to thoughts and if anyone else has experienced this issue.
