Presenter in a meeting automaticlly change

Hi,

In meeting the presenter automatically change by system, many participants change presenter role, the host locked meeting, the option Anyone can share is clear.

Have any idea of this error?

If "Anyone can share" is disabled (like in the screenshot below), then only the host can be the presenter (and share content). For all other participants the "Share"-button will be grayed out.
The host can decide to make someone else presenter (Participant > Change Role To > Presenter)
