Hi. During remote diagnostic sessions where I pass keyboard and mouse control over to a remote party is there way of preventing / notifying if the remote party is screen grabbing information ? Also if I record the session is there a way of capturing remote keystrokes during the session ? This is for security and compliance when using 3rd party SME's for troubleshooting in our infrastructure.
