The camera on my laptop isn't working...? It shows a dark gray and blurry image.  The light on the webcam comes on when I start my WebEx, but nothing else.

Why does Webex activate the desktop microphone when not in use?  It does this many times throughout the day.  I simply can not allow this to occur given the nature of my employment.
