Problems with Webex 42.3.0.21576 and Jabra Evolve2 85

Heey all, now i found a pc with webex version 41.3.0.18143, and the answer is working...
Anyone know how to downgrade webex for testing ?

 

 

 

Heey all, I'm having some problems with my Jabra Evolve2 85 after a webex update.

I cant answer calls or mute from the headset anymore, it have worked super well from the headsets launch to about 3 weeks ago (we use Webex 42.3.0.21576 and Calling in Webex (Unified CM)), and i have tried google but to no help, so now i turn to you guys and gals, I hope You can help or at least let me know if You have encountered the same issue.

You should do a firmware update on the headset, A current Jabra Direct app will download the latest firmware to your headset (keep headset plugged in during the update}
To get the Jabra Direct app, you might want to download Jabra Xpress  (I think, currently 5.8) and installation of that will give you the Jabra Direct app.

Heey @kromeus i have the latest firmware (1.3.8) and I'm also in contact with our Jabra distributor.

 

But thx for the tip
