I've been asked about generating a report for our senior management on the number of recordings, number of views, number of downloads for meetings in Webex.
I've made use of the Recording Usage report but it doesn't include any information on the views or downloads.
I also am aware that individuals can generate their own reports which do show the number of view and downloads.
Does anyone know of a central report that I can run to capture information I've been asked for or is this just a limitation we have in Webex reporting? I am a site admin with full access to Control Hub.
