Reporting in Australia for Cisco Webex Calling Platform

… “Sorry, you have no accessible reports”

But before we get a chance to explore what reporting is available we get this message

As far as we can determine, there appears to be very limited reporting / data available to us which is proving to a major hurdle gaining acceptance of this platform in the wider business. Reporting and Live data was a major driver to use this platform

 

Are we doing something wrong?
