Hi Team,
For Webex for broadworks, I have been advised to use the "Hide webex Windows" if I want to initate/Terminate the calls on third party Softphone/console, I need to enable "Microsoft Teams integration" and enabled "Hide Webex window".
It does the job by hiding the Webex Window as desired by the solution, although it doesn't hide the Webex calling window when we initiate Call transfer/Call Conference from third party Softphone/Console(Transfer Webex window pops up) and that leads to the confusion and causes the bad experience for the Caller using the feature for "Hiding Webex Widnow" which meant to be hiding the Webex in the System tray in Windows environment.
Any experience of other experts trying this out or can suggests some workaround?
