Room Kit Mini cannot display Webex meeting share file

The host uses webex meetings and  share files but the room kit mini cannot display the share file,
After I try use the mobile device to join webex meetings the share file can show in my mobile device.
How to fix it the room kit mini can show share file problem. Thanks

 Can you share call  information during the call when you join webex meeting using you vc with join webex option are not able see to content on Cisco Mini kit When Some participant share it using his/her Laptop.

The Share "File Feature" in Webex Meetings does not work for Devices or Software joined via SIP eg. Roomkits or Webex Teams. If you start the "File Share" you should see a warning about that limitation.
You should always use app or screen sharing.
