Hello,
Your assistance to resolve issue for client that is getting their peers' screens blacked out in squares during WebEx meetings as seen in attached file.
We've been trying to resolve through our local support but issue seems WebEx related (screen only gets blacked out in squares during WebEx meetings, streaming on other platforms is issue free).
Much thanks for your kind assistance in advance.

You might want to provide some additional information and what troubleshooting steps you have already tried so people have a little bit more to get on to help you out.
Some ideas would be how you connected to the Webex where you see the issue (Webex Meetings client, Webex Browser Plugin, Webex in Browser, etc), what version of the Webex client or plugin you were using, what version the Webex site you connected to was running, is this isolated to particular users or is it happening randomly, are all the effected users running the same laptop with same version of OS, is it happening to all meetings on your site or just PMRs or Scheduled meetings?
