Selective Mute

Hi there Cisco Community. I need help figuring out if there is a way to disable audio going out to one person. It's not a "mute" but I don't want them to hear me. Here's the scenario:

Our company has a lot of people who work remote and we have calls through Webex with our clients and our employees at the same time. The client usually is in one room using one webex login and so when they need to privately chat within themselves they just mute their mic. But now if me and the rest of the employees who are all in different locations want to talk to each other there is no way we can talk without the client still being able to hear us. We need to stop the audio going out to one user or multiple users. Is there a way to do this? Thanks so much!!

You may move your client(s) to the lobby for the time that you need to converse privately, then move them back.  See Collaboration Help Article: Move Attendees to and from the Lobby in Cisco Webex Meetings Article ID: nsq9s2h
